1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Description of Service

Catch It First is a compliance and quality assurance tool that connects to your advertising accounts on Meta (Facebook) to retrieve ad creatives. The Service verifies ad copy and image text against custom word lists and an English dictionary, flagging potentially non-compliant or non-dictionary words for your review. The Service also uses optical character recognition (OCR) to extract and verify text from ad creative images.

4. Connecting Ad Platforms

To use the Service, you must authorize access to your Meta (Facebook) advertising account via OAuth. By connecting an account, you represent that you have the authority to grant such access and that your use complies with Meta's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or circumvent rate-limiting mechanisms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Catch It First and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, including your ad content and custom word lists. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Service is a verification aid and does not guarantee compliance with any advertising platform's policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your ad content complies with applicable platform rules and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catch It First shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catch It First and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Upon termination or account deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of all associated data by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
